Sovellusta käytetään Raamattu kannesta kanteen -audiomuotoisten opetusohjelmien kuuntelemiseen ja Raamatun opiskeluun. Sovelluksella voi myös seurata Medialähetys Sanansaattajien viestintää, myös markkinointiviestejä. Sovelluksen käyttöä varten luodaan käyttäjätili, johon sovelluksen käytöstä muodostuvat tiedot liitetään. Sovellusta on mahdollista käyttää myös ilman käyttäjätiliä. Tällöin käyttö on rajattua, eikä kuuntelutiedot ja tilastot tallennu, tai siirry laitteelta toiselle. Tästä johtuen sovelluksen käyttäminen kirjautumattomana ei ole suositeltavaa. Sovellus ei tule muistamaan mitä jaksoja olet jo kuunnellut. Hyväksymällä käyttöehdot annat suostumuksesi näiden käyttötietojesi tallentamiseen ja käyttöön sovelluksessa. Mikäli kirjaudut sovellukseen, kirjautumistietosi tallennetaan myös Sansan asiakasrekisteriin samoin kuin mahdollisesti antamasi erilliset viestintäluvat. Tekninen käyttöehtosisältö
Sovelluksen taustajärjestelmä on suojattu kehittyneillä suojaustekniikoilla ja tiedon välittämiseen käytetään suojattua yhteyttä. Järjestelmän käyttö vaatii käyttäjätunnusta ja salasanaa, ja tietoja pääsevät käyttämään ainoastaan Medialähetys Sanansaattajat ry:n valtuuttamat ylläpitäjät ja kehittäjät, sekä taustajärjestelmän palveluntarjoajan henkilöstö siltä osin kuin on palvelun toiminnan kannalta välttämätöntä. Tietoja voidaan käsitellä ja säilyttää Euroopan Unionin ulkopuolella. Tietoja voidaan käyttää sovelluksen kehittämiseen ja ongelmien korjaukseen.
Kolmannet osapuolet (Facebook ja Google), voivat kerätä tai vastaanottaa tietoja Sovelluksesta ja käyttää näitä tietoja analyysipalveluiden tarjoamiseen ja mainosten kohdentamiseen. Voit kieltäytyä kohdennuksesta käyttämällä laitteesi tarjoamia sovelluskohtaisia Do Not Track -asetuksia.
Saatavuus ja takuu
Sovellus saattaa ajoittain olla poissa käytöstä ja sen toimintaa voivat myös tilapäisesti haitata virheet, ylläpitotoimet sekä seikat, joihin emme voi vaikuttaa. Sovelluksen toimivuudesta, saatavuudesta tai suorituskyvystä ei myönnetä takuita eikä sovelluksen ylläpitäjä ole velvollinen korvaamaan sovelluksen käytöstä tai siihen liittyvistä ongelmatilanteista aiheutuvia vahinkoja. Emme takaa, että sovellus olisi saatavilla ja toimiva kaikilla laitteilla. Sovelluksen toimintoja voidaan muokata tai niitä voidaan poistaa ilman erillistä ilmoitusta.
Sovelluksen käytöstä aiheutuvat kulut
Sovellus vaatii toimiakseen internet-yhteyden. Käyttäjä on vastuussa tiedonsiirtokuluista ja muista sovelluksen käyttöön liittyvistä maksuista.
Käyttäjätunnukset ja käyttöoikeus
Sovelluksen käyttöä varten luotu käyttäjätunnus ja salasana ovat henkilökohtaisia, eikä niitä saa luovuttaa kolmannelle osapuolelle. Käyttäjä on vastuussa kaikista kyseisellä käyttäjätunnuksella tapahtuneesta sovelluksen käytöstä. Käyttäjä ei saa kopioida tai muokata sovellusta tai muulla tavoin käsitellä siihen kuuluvaa lähdekoodia.
Ehtojen muuttaminen
Voimme muuttaa näitä käyttöehtoja milloin tahansa, mukaan lukien minkä tahansa osan muokkaus, poistaminen ja/tai lisääminen. Jos teemme näihin käyttöehtoihin olennaisia muutoksia, kerromme siitä käyttäjälle lähettämällä sähköpostia hänen ilmoittamaansa sähköpostiosoitteeseen.

The application is used to listen to the Bible from cover to cover audio educational programs and to study the Bible. The application can also be used to monitor the communication of Mediajäyts Sanansaattäti, including marketing messages. In order to use the application, a user account is created, to which the data generated from the use of the application is attached. It is also possible to use the application without a user account. In this case, use is limited, and listening data and statistics are not saved, or switch from one device to another. Because of this, using the application without logging in is not recommended. The application will not remember which episodes you have already listened to. By accepting the terms of use, you give your consent to the storage and use of this user data in the application. If you log into the application, your login information is also stored in Sansa’s customer register, as well as the separate communication permissions you may have given. Technical terms of use content
The backend system of the application is protected with advanced security technologies and a secure connection is used to transmit information. The use of the system requires a username and password, and only the administrators and developers authorized by Mediajähetys Sanansaattajat ry, as well as the personnel of the backend system service provider, can use the information to the extent necessary for the operation of the service. Data may be processed and stored outside the European Union. The information can be used to develop the application and fix problems.
Third parties (Facebook and Google) may collect or receive information from the Application and use this information to provide analysis services and target ads. You can opt out of targeting using the app-specific Do Not Track settings provided by your device.
Availability and warranty
The application may be out of use from time to time, and its operation may also be temporarily hindered by errors, maintenance actions and circumstances beyond our control. No guarantees are granted regarding the functionality, availability or performance of the application, and the administrator of the application is not obliged to compensate for damages caused by the use of the application or related problem situations. We do not guarantee that the application will be available and functional on all devices. The functions of the application may be modified or removed without notice.
Expenses arising from the use of the application
The application requires an internet connection to work. The user is responsible for data transfer costs and other fees related to the use of the application.
Usernames and access rights
The username and password created for using the application are personal and must not be given to a third party. The user is responsible for all use of the application with that username. The user may not copy or modify the application or in any other way handle the source code belonging to it.
Changing Terms
We may change these Terms of Use at any time, including by modifying, removing and/or adding any part. If we make material changes to these terms of use, we will notify the user by sending an email to the email address provided by the user.
